KNEE PAIN

The knee is the body's largest joint, connecting the thigh bone (femur) to the shin bone (tibia) and allowing for movements like walking, running, and jumping. It is a complex hinge joint made of four bones (femur, tibia, patella, and fibula), cartilage, and a network of muscles,ligaments, and tendons that provide stability. Key components include the menisci (shock-absorbing cartilage), the patella (kneecap), and the cruciate ligaments (ACL and PCL) which prevent excessive back-and-forth motion.

Reason behind knee pain

As mentioned above knee joint is made up of meniscus ,cartilage, ligament and bones , if anything injured then it causes knee pain .
